1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. This policy aligns with the return window of our fulfillment partner. We cannot accept any returns initiated after 30 days.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it (e.g., still in shrink-wrap, if applicable).

• In its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address to send the item back to. Do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the package you received.

4. Shipping Costs

• Buyer's Remorse (e.g., "I changed my mind"): The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping back to our facility.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please send us photos immediately.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Note: Your refund can only be processed after we have received the return confirmation and refund from our fulfillment partner.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us immediately.
